India Hook/Celanese Intersection Construction

 India Hook / Celanese Intersection Improvement is going to construction.  Contractor is doing surveying   and City utilities are starting to move lines.  Road construction will start around April lasting until Spring of 2024.  They will work on the city side first and then the Harris Teeter side second.  SCDOT has limitations built into the contract on when the contractor can do work and when lane closures can occur to avoid impacting peak hours.
